Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress is an inexhaustible motive force for national prosperity. Since the Industrial Revolution, industrial development was mainly due to scientific discovery and technological innovation and advances in science and technology applied to practice due to the formation of the advanced productive forces and the quality of human resources. In building a moderately prosperous society entered a critical stage and the occasion of the financial crisis, China to enhance the independent innovation capability, and cultivate high-quality human resources as the adjustment of economic structure, the primary means of changing the growth mode. The Jiangxi Province, as a relatively low level of science and technology, the economy is relatively backward provinces, to achieve sustained and rapid development by leaps and bounds, we must focus on regional innovation, optimize the allocation and rational distribution of scientific and technological resources and human resources in Jiangxi Province. So to study this issue, not only of great academic value, but also has important practical significance.On this basis, this paper analyzed the domestic and foreign scholars in the enterprise innovation and the human resources research, adopts the method of literature and questionnaire, the multi-dimensional perspective of innovation of Jiangxi enterprise human resources support capacity. On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper found that, Jiangxi enterprise human resource support ability has certain insufficiency, mainly reflected in the following aspects:scientific and technical personnel and scientific research funds, mode of production and science and technology achievement transformation ability, talent team construction, enterprise’s staff training status, Jiangxi entrepreneur group structure and enterprise culture in several aspects. In addition, this article also from industrial structure and human resources support capacity; innovation activities in enterprise’s human resources support capacity; based on enterprise management system, entrepreneurs, corporate culture of innovation, enterprise innovation policy environment, put forward to promote Jiangxi province dimensions of innovation of enterprise human resource support countermeasure proposal, with period to Jiangxi province enterprise human resources development to provide constructive feedback.
