Study Of The Cost Control Of Highway Project Construction

The cost control, the quality control and the term control are the traditional three important controls in the construction project, as one of the three, the cost control is the key issue of whether the project success or not and profit or not, so the highway project construction is. At present,there is a contradiction that the construction fund supplies insufficient but the cost continue increasing in our country's highway construction. This contradiction has brought many disadvan-tages for the highway project construction, and seriously restricts to the healthy development of highway construction enterprise in our country. Therefore, it is an urgent problem that how to control the cost of highway projects construction, and reduce the unnecessary and the unreasonable.Presently, there're many serious illogical phenomena through the highway project construction in our country, for example, some designs of project construction precede to the feasibility study, change the feasibility study report into the approving report; in the process of the bid work, some construction enterprise is illogical to operation, make the bid is nominal; some phenomena already exist in the certain scope ,such as appoint to subcontract, multiply layers subcontract, leaves behind the hidden danger for the project quality; serious "Three beyond" and so on. These behaviors can result in the project construction cost out of control, it make against the persistence and the healthy development of the highway enterprise.This paper start with the cost control theory, analyzed the highway project construction cost management system, and introduced the effective method of the highway construction project cost, found the cost control system of the highway project, meantime, through analyzing the highway construction cost control condition, find out the problem in cost control of highway project construction in our country, further more aim at the problem, this paper put forward some suggestions and measures of how to solve the highway project construction cost control in our country, then supply the reference for the highway construction cost control in our country.
