Human resources are the most important elements for the survival and development of enterprises. With the rapid development of productivity and science and more complicated and fierce and the importance of human resources is getting more and more prominent. The competition between the human resources of modern enterprises usually determines the results of competition between enterprises. Human resources are the key for enterprise to win in the competition, while achievement evaluation is the core function of human resources management. Strict, careful and fair achievement evaluation is the important method to improve the achievement of enterprises staff and is the base for enterprise managers to make correct decisions and met out rewards and punishments fairly and improve the efficiency and profits.This paper takes HaiGang company as the study object, take the relative theories and techniques of human resources and achievement evaluation as relative theoretical bases, combines the actual conditions of HaiGang company, analyzes the status of achievement evaluation of this company, poses the problems and shortcomings of this company in achievement evaluation, and propose an achievement evaluation option for staff. This system can correctly appraise the departments and staffs work achievements, supervises the staff to improve own quality and the professional ability. For enhances the company staff's work enthusiasm, the promotion enterprise's development.
