Method And Application Of Intellectual Achievement Management In Manafacturing Enterprise Based On Extenics

With the rapid development of economy, especially into the 21 st century, the intellectual achievement has become a new kind of factors of production to the manufacturing enterprise, it is an effective means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market, traditional manufacturing enterprise must must gradually to the enterprises which rely on the the intellectual achievement, it is the best way to improve technology, competition, the management level with using management innovation, technological innovation, system innovation. After using the thought of the intellectual achievement management in manufacturing enterprise, manufacturing enterprise which build the intellectual achievement management theory, method and operation platform can improve the level of enterprise management and innovation, as well as the operation efficiency of enterprises.Intellectual achievement management theory, method and management system for manufacturing play an important role in the development of enterprises.This article will combine extenics theory, method with the intellectual achievement management ideas and methods, through analycing and summarizing the knowledge types and forms of corporate, we can dig out valuable information for enterprise development, and share intellectual achievement information through the system platform; the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Through summarizing and analyzing the sources, classification and expression forms of the achievements in manufacturing enterprises, using the extension matter-element established a model of knowledge representation, so that realize the formal representation of knowledge for the paper, patent, etc; introducing the method of using the implicit knowledge extension set and the extension evaluation method of the intellectual achievement.(2) Using analytic hierarchy process and evaluation method to establish the extension evaluation model of intellectual achievement, hierarchical analysis process is used to determine the weight coefficient, priority-degree evaluation come to a conclusion, so that we can obtain the superiority of enterprise achievement(3) Summing up the status and function of invisible knowledge in manufacturing enterprises, analyse the reason why it barriers in the Communication, and build the matter element model and the extension set model which tacit knowledge transfer obstacle, use the theory of extenics to get the method which convert it to recessive knowledge which can spead or explicit knowledge which can express.(4) Collecting the intellectual achievement in the enterprises, carray on the co-occurrence on the keyword, statistics over a frequency of keywords,then build associated matrix, use relevant software for clustering analysis, social grid analysis, analyse relevant conclusions based on the results obtained from the graph.(5) The construction of the system software platform framework and development, include software framework model, the database connection, role access control, and document retrieval.
