Present Situation, Problem And Strategy On Circular Economy Development In Northeast Of China

It has caused natural resources exhausting and environmental polluting in the process of extensive economic growth in Northeast Area. The paper states the way of development of the circular economy by analyzing the disadvantage and advantage of the circular economy of Northeast Area.The paper states four items as follows:First, the theory of the circular economy. The paper states the processing of development of the circular economy theory and the present situation in China. The circular economy theory is raised on the basis of typical arguments summerized by several famous scholars in our state; The difference between the circular economy and the tradition linear economy is analyzed.;expounded the theory foundation of circular economy is expounded from five respects. This paper states the"3R"principle of decrease of the circular economy; It is necessary to develop circular economy. from two aspects: environmental public harm and energy crisis.Second, the present situation of circular economy in Northeast Area. This section introduced some progress in developing circular agriculture, circular industry, circular service and vein industry in Northeast Area.Third, the existing problems of circular economy in Northeast Area.This part analyzed some specific problems of developing circular agriculture, circular industry, circular service and vein industry in Northeast Area..Fourth, This part states how to develop circular economy of Northeast Area. Borrowed advanced experiences from home and abroad, it stated the adopted strategies of development of circular economy in Northeast Area from four aspects, that was , to stipulate and perfect regulations and related policies favourable to development of circular economy; to optimize structure and adjustment of distribution vigorously, to raise energy efficiency; to reduce the pressure of environmental pollution; to ameliorate the system of water recycle and energy recycle; to push the recycled ability of the vein industrial system , to enhance the rate of recovery of waste material.Nowadays, the contradiction between the development of our country and resource environment is acute. It is more significant to research the circular economy at present in China.
