Research On Circular Economy Development In Northeast Of China

Traditional extensive mode of economic growth in Northeast China has led to a large number of serious pollution of natural resources consumption and the environment. Referring to the current status of the northeastern region of circular economy and the main results, this paper describes the cycle of economic theory, analyzes the development of recycling economy existing problems, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures, an important reference for the northeastern region to further promote the development of recycling economy. The main contents are as follows:1. Description on the theory of circular economy. By combing Marx Ecological Economic Thought and Western Ecological Economic Thought, analyze the content of its inherent cycle of economic theory, it provides a theoretical foundation and rich methodological guidance. This article systematically expounded the theory of circular economy concept, principles and mode in a deep level.2. Analysis on the development status and problems of the Northeast. In this article, it describes the progress in Northeast China provinces to develop recycling economy achieved and existing problems for detailed analysis.3. Summing up the practical experience of circular economy at home and abroad.Summarize the experience of Germany, Japan, South Korea and the United States, especially the development of recycling economy, as well as practical experience in domestic recycling economy.4. The northeastern region of circular economy practice in its infancy. this part of the northeast region for the existing problems of the current development of circular economy,combined with the successful experience at home and abroad, from several aspects of the countermeasures the Northeast development of circular economy should be taken:strengthening circular economy-related laws and regulations; playing a regulatory role of the market mechanism; adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure; vigorously promoting technological innovation; development of circular economy to build public participation mechanisms. The research on this issue has important practical significance with the development of economic and social and resources and environment becoming increasingly prominent today.
