Research On Circular Economy Development In Northeast Of China

It has caused natural resources exhausting and environmental polluting in the process of extensive economic growth in Northeast Area. This dissertation verified that we should remold the traditional industry of Northeast Area based on constructing theoretical frame of circular economy systematically, and put forward pertinence countermeasures so that can guide the economic development in old industrial base of Northeast Area.The research content of this dissertation mainly includes several aspects as following:(1) Perfecting theoretical frame of circular economy. This dissertation did not adopt the general study path of circular economy, but starting the research from the Major Economics angle according to economics base lacking of circular economy. This dissertation put forward the theory of Resource Division and raised that circular economy is the external form of evolution from Labor Division to Resource Division, and the endogenous evolution driving force of circular economy is the complete price mechanism of natural resources. This dissertation also put forward the Economic Growth Model Based on Circular Economy, so that laid the foundation of circular economy based on Major Economics. According to the theoretical research, this dissertation constructed the theoretical platform of circular economy with perfected Environmental Ethics, value measuring of natural resources, Ecological Economics Theory and System Economics Theory so that perfected the theoretical frame of circular economy.(2) The analysis and choice of susdainable development way in Northeast Area. This dissertation put forward that circular economy model is the correct path which could realize the sustainable development in Northeast Area on the basis of systematical analyzing of the economic developing stage, the industry developing present situation, the resources pressure and environmental pollution in the process of economic growth in Northeast Area, and put forward that the overall developing thinking of circular economy in Northeast Area is One Goal, Two Core, Three Supporting System, Four exercising Field on the basis of comparison and analysis of typical circular economy developing area at home and abroad.(3) The tactics system of developing circular economy of Northeast Area. This dissertation put forward the circular economy developing thinking and advising in Northeast Area from the angle of developing model and space overall arrangement based on the circular economy developing frame, and provided practicable design in macro-aspect for industrial structure adjusting and growth mode changing and circular economy developing in Northeast Area, and constructed the circular economy developing countermeasures in Northeast Area, so that can promote circular economy evolution effectively.(4) Research on developing level estimation of circular economy.
