Research On The Supervision System Of Product Quality Safety In China

The product quality safety is an important factor related with the economic development and social stability. The incidents of product quality safety have taken placed in the fields of food, medicine and other products, which has attracted great attention. It is necessary to build the effective supervision system of product quality safety in order to maintain regular economic development and protect the legal rights of consumers. Under this background, the thesis discusses the supervision system of product quality safety in China.The main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly, the background and meaning of this study are discussed, the literature review is done and the contents and methods of the study are set forth.Secondly, the connotation of product quality safety supervision is defined, and the theoretical basis is analyzed, which includes Quality Management Theory, External Effect Theory, Information Asymmetry Theory and Governmental Regulation Theory.Thirdly, the present situation of the supervision system of product quality safety in China is analyzed and the problems are found out.Fourthly, the supervision systems of product quality safety in foreign countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Japen are introduced, which are used for reference.Finally, the measures of perfecting the supervision system of product quality safety in China are put forward: setting up the strong supervision organization, strenthening the governmental supervision, improving the technology and perfecting market mechanism.The thesis will offer the theoretical support and the methodical basis for supervising the product quality safety.
