The Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Product Sresearch And Discusses Of The Supervision System Problem In Xi’an

In recent years, the important events of the quality and safety of agricultural products triggered anunprecedented crisis of the agricultural products, which bring about great psychological fear on food safety,and even influence on the credibility of the government. In China, the quality and safety issues ofagricultural products is increasing year by year, which not only harm consumer health directly, but alsohinder the sustainable development of agriculture indirectly. The quality and safety of agricultural productsis related to the peace and prosperity. Therefore, countries governments have given high attention. In China,the regulatory system of agricultural product security is still imperfect and lag behind that of the advancedwestern companies. Construction of the security system will not only increase the profit on sales, but alsoprotect consumers to choose agricultural products safely. Therefore, we urgently needs to strengthen theconstruction of t the regulatory system of agricultural product security to guarantee the national economyand the people’s livelihood.In this study, different research methods, including the visiting survey, access to information, statisticsanalysis are used to find out the key issues in the quality and safety of agricultural products and analyzedeficiency in of agricultural product security in Xi’an. Based on the above, several suggestions ofimproving the regulatory system are put forward. Conclusions are as follows.（1） Through visiting and investigation, we found the mainly problems about quality safetysupervision process of agricultural products in Xi’an is: legal system is imperfect, Administrativesubordination unclear and family production affect the effectiveness of regulation, the supervision foragricultural inputs are ineffective, the level for supervision the quality of agricultural products is low,insufficient investment for agriculture and technology, information for agricultural products quality andsafety is asymmetry.. （2）As to the practice of modern agricultural development in xi’an, there are following measures forimproving quality and safety supervision of agricultural products: Improving quality and safety guaranteesystem of agricultural products and its legal system, improving the quality and safety standards ofagricultural products, improving the structures of agricultural inputs. Make the market of agriculturalinputs specification vigorously develop the green agriculture, actively improve the certification system ofagricultural product, and continuously strengthen the supervision of production process. Strengthenmarket admittance system, improve the quality supervision level of agricultural products, strengthen thetechnical support, establish and improve the quality safety supervision network. Alleviate the quality andsafety information of agricultural products Asymmetry, Intensify the law enforcement, improve the qualitytraceability system of agricultural product.（3）Suggestions: Promote the construction of agricultural standardization system,improve the qualityand safety supervision network, establish and improve the agricultural product quality and safetysupervision system, and daily supervision; Improve the market admittance and farm quasi-out system,ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products; Strengthen the publicity, to create a good atmospherefor the quality and safety of agricultural products; Combine the government supervision, market guide andindustry self-discipline, promote the industry development healthy.
