A Study On Supervision On Quality Safety Of Aquatic Product In Tanggu Tianjin

The quality safety of aquatic products is an important part of food safety andquality safety of agricultural products. The problems on quality safety of aquaticproducts in China have been highlighted increasingly, which does not only influencethe physical health of the masses, but also have a negative impact on the internationalcompetitiveness of Chinese aquatic products, gradually becoming a focus and hot spotconcerned by the whole society. Tanggu is a core area in the Binhai New Area ofTianjin. Fishery, as the characteristic industry of Tanggu, concerns the social harmonyand stability in the new area. It has become the urgent affairs to strengthensupervision to quality safety of aquatic products in Tanggu, establish and perfectquality safety supervision system of aquatic products and improve the quality safetyof aquatic products.On the basis of introducing the research significance and background of qualitysafety supervision of aquatic products, the external and public article properties ofquality safety of aquatic products are analyzed first, the information asymmetrytheory and benefit mechanism theory are used to point out that in addition to marketregulation, government control is also required in quality safety of aquatic products.The achievements made and shortcomings of quality safety supervision of aquaticproducts in Tanggu in the production link are analyzed by starting from the currentsituation of Tanggu fishery and from the aspects of aquatic product quality safetysupervision department and supervision target, legal system of supervision basis,detection and inspection system and supervision measures in Tanggu and SWOTanalysis is made on quality safety supervision of aquatic products in Tanggu.Meanwhile, it is to summarize the experience and mine enlightenment by researchingthe aquatic product management work experience of Shandong, Zhejiang and Shanxiand supervision of developed countries such as America, Japan and Norway to thequality safety of aquatic products. Through the previous analysis, the countermeasuresand suggestions to improve the quality safety supervision level of aquatic products inTanggu from the aspects of improving law enforcement supervision ability, perfectingsystem and standard, strengthening construction of aquatic product producers andoperators, promoting access and export limitation system and traceability systemconstruction and promoting quality safety of aquatic products through scientific andtechnological innovation. Although the problems on quality safety supervision of aquatic products areresearch and analyzed from the aspect of Tanggu in Binhai New Area of Tianjin, someissues and countermeasures involved actually have exceeded the solution scope inTanggu, it is required to consider and deal with in a macro manner from a higher leveland the complete and coordinative policies of the state, Tianjin, Binhai New Areasand Tanggu Management Committee are required, only when such support andemphasis are obtained will the quality safety of aquatic products and even food safetyin Tanggu can be improved relatively highly.
