Research Of Reverse Logistics For Consumer Electronics Waste Based On EPR

In recent years,the increasingly severe resource and environment problems have become the concern for the public.People have to take action to save their homes to survive.With the implementation of the sustainable development strategy,the establishment of recycling economy,conservation-friendly social policies also come into being,while at the environment of national favorable policy,reverse logistics gradually boom.The effective implementation of reverse logistics,which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,further study of reverse logistics of waste discarded consumer electronics products has important significance and value.This paper introduces the background of the problem,on the basis of relevant literature,briefly summarizing the current research that describes the theories,including reverse logistics;waste discarded consumer electronics reverse logistics and Conception of EPR(Producer extended responsibility)theory systems.Next analyze the development of domestic and foreign waste reverse logistics of consumer electronics products.Literature method is mainly used for the development of foreign,while network questionnaire survey and field research methods used for domestic developments.Besides consumers and dealers investigation related issues are also made.It comes to a conclusion that the waste discarded consumer electronics reverse logistics has some difficulties during the process of implementation by analyzing and comparative method.Based on this,it puts forward that our country should be based on producer responsibility system for effective waste scrap consumer electronic products reverse logistics management.Then it introduces EPR-based consumer electronics products Reverse Logistics three modes:manufacturer recycling,recovery and third-party manufacturers joint recovery,and a detailed analysis of their influencing factors;and finally,the article focuses on the analysis of the previous chapters,making some suggestions on development of waste discarded consumer electronics products from the government,consumer and enterprise.
