The rapid development of economy leads to many serious problem to our modern society such as the natural resource depletion, the environment degeneration and the greenhouse effect, which in return have posed the serious threat to our sustainable development of society. Accordingly "the low-carbon tide" was sprung up in the world wide under such background. In logistics industry, the reverse logistics mainly focus on the waste and return goods, in detail, if we can reasonably recycle or process such waste. Not only it will improve the utilization rate of resources, reduce the waste of resource, but also decrease the side effect of environment from the improper behaviors. Therefore, the low-carbon reverse logistics is very important for the enterprises to adapt social future development with the involvement of "low-carbon" consciousness in modern logistics system, and establishment higher resource utilization. This paper focused on how to perfectly combine the low-carbon economy with reverse logistics, to effectively process and recycle the returned goods and waste, which in return decrease the cost and increase the efficiency of the enterprise's reverse logistics.Based on the research and results of low-carbon economy and reverse logistics from domestic and overseas market in history development, learning the foreign advanced experience, combination of the enterprise development feature in domestic market, the guidance of the core ideas of "low-carbon economy" "low-carbon resource" " and "low-carbon consumption", and the methods of normative analysis and demonstration analysis. This paper exported in-depth about the enterprises development strategies and the prospects under the low-carbon economy and study of the returned goods reverse logistics and waste reverse logistics. It put forward some new views on the relationship between reverse logistics and low-carbon economy, poses some strategic value in development of reverse logistics, study and analyze the structure of reverse logistic systematically. All in all, under the principle of theory and practice combination, this paper had an argumentation to the reverse logistics programming through concrete cases, even more it optimized the consequence by computer simulation technology to increase the persuasiveness.
