Along with the power industry reform carryon, power supply enterprises are facing unprecedented competition, how to deal with the current severe situation. Faced with these issues, the power supply enterprises, it is conclude if the market competitiveness of enterprises rising, profitability continued to increase, and they must seriously study the power marketing new pattern, do a good job of power marketing. Based on the current problems with the power supply enterprise and the electrical marketing characteristics, the overall analysis of the main competition conducted on the basis of a detailed analysis, the new situation of power supply enterprises facing new pressure of the target market segmentation and positioning, to develop the power supply enterprise marketing strategy. The power supply enterprises should assurance in power quality on the basis, improve service quality, introduce innovation, ensure a stable electricity prices, improved distribution channels, supplemented by the necessary promotional activities and mobilize the enthusiasm of all sides, so that the power marketing is good and to stimulate the vitality, improving enterprise and social benefits.
