Currently, it is a key stage for Inner Mongolia Electric Power to reform, develop and construct its market. It is also important to make Inner Mongolia Government carry on the strategy of conversing coal to electricity, to build a harmonious Inner Mongolia, and support both regional economy development of "Three North" and general advancement of the whole society, which depend on constructing Inner Mongolia Electric Power market to be unified, integrated, opening, ordered, competitive and active. It will no doubt make a paramount significance on helping Inner Mongolia Electric Power companies develop with a scientific envision by expanding electric power marketing to North China, Northeast China, Northwest China (referred as "Three North") actively and making Inner Mongolia Electric Power powerful and more competitive.In this thesis, we made an study on the market construction, marketing system reform and innovation strategies of Inner Mongolia electric power. We have thouroughly analyzed the combination of the overall national and Inner Mongolia regional developing strategies and industrial structure and the policies of industrial energy, as well as the historical progress and newest trend of both national and Inner Mongolia regional power system reform.In details, firstly, we concluded the basic characteristics and marketing strategies of power market; Secondly, we analyzed the evolution of Inner Mongolia Electric Power reform and its market construction; Finally, we put forward several new ideas of the market construction and sale innovation for Inner Mongolia Electric Power by making use of the basic theory of marketing.As a foundational industry of national economy and pillar industry of Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia Power owns rich natural resources with a unique location, policy advantages, broad market space and huge development potential. We should seriously establish and follow scientific development concept. And we also should renovate electric power marketing concept with the times, continually deepen system reform of power marketing. Finally, we still need make more efforts on pushing innovation of power marketing, and build an opening power market in Inner Mongolia. Furthermore, it is significant to expand the power markets out of Inner Mongolia. Following the marketing direction, we should establish new developing modes, advance sustainable development, and push the overall advancement of both society and economy in our ethnic areas.
