SZ enterprise is an integrated group with the state-owned economy as the principal part and related to many trades. It is important to redesign an inspiring salary system for the middle and senior executive due to the low salary level and unreasonable salary structure.The theories of salary prompting and relationship between salary and performance are used in this article. It is well analyzed here that the problems of salary system of middle and senior executive in SZ enterprise and the scheme are shown by the methods of data, investigation, numeric analysis, balanced Scorecard and compared research. The general situation, human resource situation are introduced first, the status and problems of salary of middle and senior executive are analyzed and then it is pointed out the principle that salary distribution must be according to the reform and development of the enterprise, focusing on the increase of benefit, considering the promotion of development and maintenance of stabilization as the target, connecting well with the evaluation of performance, enhancing salary level, giving the difference in salary, strengthening the salary inspiring function, giving attention to the new and old staff, in terms of the rules of justice, inspirit, competition, economy, legality, participation, balance and secrecy, basing on the developed stratagem and the method of performance evaluation. A series of right, scientific, just and prompting salary system are designed based on the position analysis, position estimate, salary investigate, salary orientation, salary structure design, salary implement and amendatory design process. At the same time, the evaluation methods and guideline of performance evaluation related to the salary are expatiated. Many existent problems in SZ enterprise are solved by adoption of the new salary system, a few of disadvantages are adjusted and the salary system is becoming more and more scientific, impartial and promptive.SZ enterprise is a representative state-owned enterprise. This article should have reference value and significance for some related mills to reform the salary system and research.
