Since the reform and opening, the project management has been gained prodigious development in our country, but most of the actual project management is not accord with criterion. The phenomenon that project management is not go along with the plan or didn't make a plan for the project management, just based on the experience is very popular. In addition, even in the normative project management, the manager only pay attention to the using of managing technique and ignoring the factors of human being. However, for the construction project management, the quality and efficiency of the work and the cooperation of the team are the keys of the productivity and manage power. On the other hand, the Project Management Department is the production section of the enterprise. So it is important to motivate the enthusiasm and the creativity of the employees by every kind of methods to ensure the realization of the goal of the project and the corporation.This study constitute the salary reward prompting mode based on the evaluation of the employee's performance by using of the theory about motivation inside and outside of our country and analyzing of the needs of project management team and differences between the Project Management Department and organization of the enterprise. Then explain the using of salary reward prompting in the project management by two cases. Studied as follows:Firstly, Analyzed the differences between construction project and daily affair, then explained the points of project employees'prompting and the importance of constituting the model of staff motivation for project management.Secondly, By the using of prompting theories inside and outside of our country and analyzing of inside and outside environment of the constructing project, the paper analyzed the behavior of the employees and the differences of needs between different employees.Thirdly, By the studying of performance evaluating and salary rewards management, founded the motivation model for project management based on performance evaluating. Because the constitution of team is complex and the needs of different employee is different, the paper introduced several methods of prompting with immateriality, even though the main promoting method is materiality motivation at present, prompting with immateriality is important too. At last, analyzed the problems and significance of the"sum contract of Bei Guo Garden A section House project"and some company's Project Management Department's salary management innovation and significances, explained the using of motivation model for project management.
