Remuneration is not only the cost paid by an enterprise to its staff for their labor service, but also is an incentive arousing the staff's enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity. It is the primary factor for an organization to attract and retain talented persons and to achieve good performances. Whether the remuneration is fair or not and whether the staff is satisfactory, it has been a big concern to many corporations at present. Therefore, how to harmonize the contradiction between an organization and its staff on remuneration, and how to improve the staff's satisfaction with remuneration through targeted policy and management, thus provides the crucial for the organization achievements strut is under the new economical situation to drove the theory re-understood. At the same time, it has the extremely important practical significance to the remuneration management theory development.Based on the company's actual conditions,massive investigation and analysis of exterior markets, and by combining the company's development stage, development strategy, HR strategy, remuneration strategy, organization pattern, job design, and job assessment, this article gives a comprehensive diagnosis of the existing remuneration system and makes deep delineation of the research and design of remuneration system from theory and practice for the company, aims at "fairness interior and competitiveness exterior" .This design involves the guiding ideology, principle, pattern and structure, relative salary standard, and concrete salary plan for each series of job posts. It is hoped that it will provide a model for establishing a salary incentive mechanism for modern electric corporations .
