Research For Team Building Of Project Management Of FH Company

Recently, with the development of society and economy, the degree of competition is also continually increasing. In modern society, competition is extremely furious. If an organization wants to live and develop in a competitive social environment, it must take a rapid action, namely the speed of solving problems, the response on social demand and its cost have to be much faster and lower than other organizations. The operational mode of project management team is the innovation on organization and management of enterprise, the integration on function and project management, and the necessary choice under information era and over competitive circumstances.On the base of briefly analyzing and reviewing on theory of project management team, this paper mainly sets forth the gigantic function of team in a modern enterprise. On top of connecting with the true fact of project management team of W company, this paper points out achievements and problems of W company that W company obtains in the course of carrying out project management team, at the same time, indicates the necessary of putting up project management team.
