Accompanied with the accelerating market competitions, enterprises face more and more difficult problems of survival and development. To gain powerful competitive advantages, many enterprises turn to logistics for help, they want to improve their competition through providing excellent logistic services to meet their customers' demands. But many of them provide the same logistic services, they ignore their customer's special needs, their behaviors have damaged the customer value, and also have negative impacts on their own competition. So it is very necessary to adopt differentiated logistic service strategies.The paper based on the concept that logistics is a kind of service, and has a deep discussion about logistic services based on previous relative research. The author analyzes logistic services from three aspects: the particularity of logistic services, the logistic service quality and logistic service strategies. And then use the value chain theory and customer value theory demonstrate the importance and necessity of differentiated in logistic service strategies. Logistic services differentiated strategies will optimize the value chain, improve customer value and increase their Competitiveness.This paper analyses logistic service differentiated strategies from five aspects: products, customers, channels, production, and sales. Based on the different products logistic service strategies, including the logistic characteristics of the product differentiated strategy and product life-cycle logistic differentiated strategy, product characteristics include functional products and innovative products. Based on the customer's logistic strategy, include different types of customers and different customer requirements of logistic service, the type of customers include individual consumers and organizations.
