Study On The Elevating Service Capacities Of Logistic In Hunan JinXia Logistic Limited Liability Company

With the accelerated process of urbanization in China and increasing of food commodities demand,the grain circulation in China's food industry plays a more and more important role.As an indispensable part of a traditional food related enterprise,grain logistics plays a pivotal role to their developments.However,the gradual refinement of the grain industry division of labor makes the professional third party grain logistics enterprises to continue to develop.Through the provision of new functions and supporting services,whether the traditional grain logistics enterprises can seize the opportunity in the fierce market competition both at home and abroad and successfully transform themselves to comprehensive third-party logistics enterprises,lie in that the customer can identify with the logistics service capability of enterprises.As a comprehensive standard to evaluate the result of completing customer needs of logistics service by the enterprises,logistics service capability can effectively reflect the actual situation of the service.Therefore,the way to enhance the ability of logistics service has become a key factor to improve the core competitiveness of the third party logistics of grain enterprises.This paper takes the Hunan Jinxia Logistics Co.,Ltd as the research object.It uses the theory of the grain logistics,VRP and logistics service capability,combine the characteristics of the company,in the meanwhile,sum up the six factors affecting the company's logistics service capability logistics service capability.Then,this paper introduces the basic situation and organization structure of Hunan Jinxia Logistics Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the current situation of logistics service capability from the six factors in-depth.Then,the main problems affecting the logistics service capability are pointed out an analyzed.As per the above problems,the scheme to develop logistics service capabilities is put forward which includes five ways to improve logistics service team,to reconstruct the service process,to improve transport,to enhance the level of information,and to establish evaluation index system and evaluation method of the logistics service capability.The main research achievements of this paper are:firstly,to give the lifting scheme to the Hunan Jinxia Logistics Co.,Ltd.About the actual situation of logistics service capability;secondly,to provide the design of operation for grain logistics enterprises which transforms to comprehensive third-party logistics enterprise.
