In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce,express & logistics business follows a blowout growth.As a modern new industry,it has made important contributions to the development of our national economy,and meanwhile,it brings many conveniences to our life.But at the same time,there is some problems,especially in the quality of logistics services,many logistics enterprises need to be improved.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the logistics operation process,improve the management mode,improve the quality of logistics service and customer satisfaction.This article takes improving the service quality of logistics companies as the research object,and uses the lean 6 Sigma management method to optimize and improve the delivery speed of logistics.The main research results are as follows:(1)consult the literature,understand the core idea of lean production and 6 Sigma management methods,grasp the latest research status at domestic and oversea,and point out the corresponding management methods and measures according to their own logistics industry management status,and determine the main contents of the thesis.(2)introduce the related theories,the causes,core ideas and characteristics of lean thinking,the origin and development of 6 Sigma management,the specific meaning and content.(3)introduce F company's corporate culture and management characteristics.After a lot of research,collect data and logistics information,through combing and research,find out the existing problems of logistics management.(4)according to F company existing management problems,select the SERVQUAL quality evaluation model based on the development of F company,lean logistics service quality evaluation of 6 Sigma management model,this model from the analysis of questionnaire data obtained based on a lot of project for improving the logistics service quality satisfaction degree.(5)based on improving logistics delivery speed as the research goal,according to the five steps of lean 6 Sigma management definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control(DMAIC),we optimize the logistics transportation process,save costs and improve customer satisfaction.This article applies the advanced management methods such as lean production and 6 Sigma management to logistics management,which can optimize the operation process,improve service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
