Cultivation And Development Study Of The Port Industry Cluster

Today, the movement space of globalization and localization of industry cluster supplement each other. Industry cluster is the outstanding feature in successful development districts which enjoy fast growth all over the world. Port economy is open economy and plays more and more important role in regional development. In some districts, industry cluster has profound effect on port city and surrounding hinterland economy, it attracts the government and enterprise's attention, and becomes the important research object of industry economy and regional economy.The main idea of this Article is to use the theory of industry cluster to discuss the development trend of Chinese port industry, analyze the conditions and model of the port industry cluster, compares and analyze the formation and development law of advanced international port cluster, and puts forward cultivation and development point of port industry cluster in China.The Article includes six parts: the first part is general introduction and summary of all industry cluster studies both at home and abroad; the second part introduces the present study status of port industry; the third part analyzes forming mechanism of the port industry cluster. Analyzing modern port is precondition of port industry cluster, while raising the quantity, scales, relationship as well as internal symbiosis mechanism of port-neighboring industry and enterprises is the necessary conditions of the port industry cluster for concluding the establishment of port industry cluster model. The fourth part points out the problems existing in China's port industry cluster after combining diamond model and port industry cluster, comparing Rotterdam and Ningbo port industry cluster development, and analyzing the competitive advantages of some typical port industry cluster. The fifth part discusses the cultivation and development of port industry cluster, analyzes the important influence on port industry cluster caused by cultivation function of government, international companies, related and supportive industry promotion effect as well as internal relationship within industry. The sixth part concludes the corresponding policy recommendation.
