Research On The Coordinated Development Of Jingzhou Port Logistics Capability And Port-vicinity Industry Cluster

In recent years,with the gradual rise of the central region,the level of opening to the outside world has been constantly improved.Port,as an important gateway for regional opening to the outside world,is crucial to the development of regional industrial economy.Port logistics infrastructure,port economic location and favorable terrain together determine the formation and development scale of port-vicinity industry cluster.The improvement of port logistics capability can also promote the development of the port-vicinity industry,promote the port-vicinity industry cluster and accelerate the improvement of the industrial chain within the cluster.In addition,the port-vicinity industry cluster not only brings more supply to the port logistics enterprises,but also puts forward new requirements to the port logistics enterprises,so as to promote the port logistics enterprises to continuously improve their infrastructure construction,improve their level of informatization,specialization and scale,and promote the port logistics capacity to improve.The coordinated development of port logistics capability and port-vicinity industry cluster can not only optimize the regional industrial structure,enhance the competitiveness of ports and industries,but also promote the regional economic development and prosperity of the regional economy and society.It plays a role in promoting the rise of the central region and promoting the urban construction of the middle reaches of the Yangtze river.In 2019,the Ministry of Transport issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Yangtze River Shipping",which proposed to promote port modernization and promote the coordinated development of ports,industries and cities.Therefore,it is not only necessary for the economic and social development of the central region,but also of national strategic significance to explore the coordinated development of port logistics capability and port-vicinity industry cluster.In order to explore the coordinated development level and efficiency of Jingzhou port logistics capabilities and port-vicinity industry cluster,this paper adopts qualitative and qualitative analysis methods to qualitatively summarize relevant literatures and sort out basic knowledge about port-vicinity industry cluster and port logistics capabilities,so as to provide theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,the paper briefly expounds the research methods of synergetic theory and the definition of port-vicinity industry cluster,the optimization of index system,the coordination degree model of composite system and DEA model,and probes into the functional mechanism of port logistics capability and port-vicinity industry cluster.Finally,the port-vicinity industry cluster are defined by using the comprehensive location entropy method and the grey correlation analysis method,the development status of port logistics and port-vicinity industry cluster in Jingzhou city are analyzed.According to relevant basic knowledge and the principle of index selection,the evaluation index system of coordinated development level and efficiency was constructed,and the evaluation index system of coordinated development level and efficiency of port logistics capability and portvicinity industry cluster was optimized by combining with correlation analysis and principal component analysis.A complex system coordination degree model and DEA model analysis are respectively used to analyze the port logistics ability and the coordinated development of port-vicinity industry cluster level and efficiency of Jingzhou city.The results show that the port logistics capacity and the port-vicinity industry cluster in Jingzhou city are mutually promoting,co-developing and mutually beneficial.The coordination state of port logistics capability and the composite system of port-vicinity industry cluster is from order to disorder.The co-development stability of port logistics ability and port-vicinity industry cluster is poor,the port logistics ability efficiency conversion rate is not high,urgently needs to enter the port transformation.According to the research results,some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development between Jingzhou port logistics capability and the portvicinity industry cluster.
