Co-Ordination Mechanism Among The Ports And Development Of Port-neighboring Industry In Liaoning

Entering into the new century,the port and shipping industry in China is developing at a fast speed and in a leading position all over the world.But with the expanding of prosperity of the international trade,ports are in a fierce competition as the hub of the whole chain.In the first part,after analyzing what stage the development of the ports in Liaoning are in,where the position the ports are and their own background for further development under the environment of the whole strategy.Some suggestions are given on co-ordination mechanism from the long and lasting view.Every port should hold every opportunity,especially some policies like "five points one line" are made, and improve themselves in software and hardware,enlarge their market share. However,there are four or more ports in a small scope,there must be fierce competitions and some unreasonable constructions.So how to establish a co-ordination mechanism for the ports in Liaoning to make these ports to develop according to their own advantage and disadvantage,and finally reach a steady and effective development and make the whole ports group competitive.The development of port industry has some relationship with the development of its city or its hinterland.During the development of modern port city, port-neighboring industry plays a great role in this procedure.What's more,with some polices which are good,port-neighboring economy is developing so fast that it is the main pole in the city's GDP growth.In the second part,there are some studies on the port-neighboring industry of the ports in Liaoning,including the situation of the port-neighboring industry,like some important programs which will make port-neighboring industry greater,some suggestions on port-neighboring industry,what's more,after analyzing its advantage and disadvantage in Liaoning,its direction,policies and suggestions are followed.In the end of the paper,from the long way,some conclusions are made.The ports in Liaoning must compete and cooperate obeying to the market and coordination mechanism should be established and put port-neighboring industry forward.
