Human resource is the first resource in the knowledge days and is necessary for the surviving and development of the company. Because human resource and technology in the companies of construction in China lagged behind the ones in the developed countries, it is necessary to change the management of human resource in the company of construction in our country.After entering the 21st century, the construction enterprises in our country are facing a dramatically changed social environment:: Quick developing scientific technology, globalized economy, and the new impact of the world knowledge-based economy. After joining in the WTO, the construction corporations international and local competitions. in our country are particularly facing more vehement The competition of the modem corporations after all is a competition of human resource. Therefore, whether does the construction enterprises adopt efficient strategic human management to improve their own competition ability, it is the key point which they can get predominance in the competition while facing the impact of the big tide of knowledge-based economy and the vehement international competition. At present, the general character level of our building construction troops is relatively low, still far away from the requirement of the development of building industry. After entering the WTO to melt into the international market, the problem of structural shortage of human resource, narrow knowledge, relatively low general character level, lack of complex-talented personnel will be exposed in our Construction troops. But foreign construction enterprises have the obvious technique advantage. Its efficient talented person using mechanism and high salary will be a great attraction to the local business enterprise elitists, which will make local construction enterprises be confronted with high pressure of losing talented personnel.This paper starts constructions from the difficult environment and the great Challenge our countries business enterprises are facing, and also the current status of human resource in these enterprises, with the methods of literature searching, theoretically studying and actual case analysis. On the foundation of this theory frame, this paper did researches on the following problems— inviting applications for a job in construction enterprises, education and training, achievements management, encouragement for outstanding persons, salary management, and human resource management, and will analyze how these facts will influence the rivalrousness of the enterprises.
