Competing among of modern enterprises is the overall strength of competing, and in essence, is the competing of human resources. Human resources management has become a major driving force and decisive factor of modern enterprise development. Facing fierce competition in the market, construction enterprises is particularly true of this.In this thesis, according to the status of current construction enterprise human resource management in a general lack of management effectiveness evaluation, and on the basis of full analysis and summary of the characteristics of construction enterprises human resources, it establish a suitable construction enterprise human resource management assessment system. Through expert scoring method to determine the weight of subjective indicators, using unascertained measure to carry out evaluation, identification, finally, it established an evaluation model of human resource management based on Information entropy- Unascertained measure(which is shorted IE-UM) and through examples to prove the validity and usefulness of this model. We set an example to prove the validity and usefulness of this model.This thesis is designed to offer a simple and reliable result method for construction enterprises human resource management assessment, which based on the assessment results to timely adjust the human resource management practices, improve the efficiency of human resource management and standard human resource management bring human resources into play a the greatest potential.Then the construction enterprises can create a greater value.At the end of this thesis, taking a construction company of Baoding as an example, according to the evaluation system of human resource management we established a model based on entropy-unascertained for empirical research. Assessing and making recommendations and improvement measures for enterprises Human resource management which verify the effectiveness of the model and the evaluation of the method.
