As a principal part holding knowledge in a corporation, human plays a more and more important role in this Knowledge Economy Age. Traditional personnel management couldn't adapt to the "Human-Oriented" management idea and meet the increasing competitive pressure, which inevitably result in though reform and innovation. Especially in the courses of enterprise informatization, it becomes a crucial aspect to implement the HRM renovation effectively and establish operation mechanisms to ensure the HRM and improve enterprise management performance.In this thesis, based on the national and international related researches, the problem in HRMS is deeply studied, and then carry out the way to solve the problem. This paper first describes the development of HRM from facets of theory. methods and environment. On this basis, according to the problems of national HRMS and its operation, as well as development environment of enterprise informatization, influences of informatization environment on Chinese enterprise HRM are summarized.Therefore, based on the references of available solutions, a HRMS scheme, which suits current status and can also meet the future development of national enterprises, is brought forward. Besides, mechanism systems,which can ensure the effective HRM operation, are analyzed, providing a reference for enterprises establishing HRMS.
