Enterprises informatization is an efficient way to increase the enterprises competitiveness. Facing the furious competition of market, if the manufacture enterprises in our country want to develop, it's necessary to carry out the informatization. The key factor of the manufacture enterprises informatization in our country is setting up the model of the enterprise information which bases on the priceple of information recourse planning. At present, the model of the enterprise information emphasizes particularly on the lay of technology and method, there is no research for combining enterprise modeling theory and method with activity of enterprise management to set up the specific global enterprise information model. Therefore the information model researching could not sustain the development of manufacture enterprises informatization powerfully.In order to research the model of the enterprise information, this thesis does the follow works:1) Using product process to be main line, and using the theory that "the data is stable, the processing changes much" and "the enterprise of essence homology have similar or same business flow and business activity" to be basis, according to the instruction thought which is from top get button, from rough to subtle, divided the production and manage process of manufacture enterprise into seven working function areas, such as purchase, sale and stock, production, human resource, finance, quality. Taking the purchase function areas for an example, studied to build up the enterprise information model, analyzed purchase information flow, information activity, entity, entity attribute, entity relation in this domain, built up the information activities model and data model.2) Using this method on sale, store, manufacture, human resources, finance, quality, set up the information activities model and data model on these areas.3) After analyzing and coordinating the data of every function areas, set up the enterprise subject database. Then, classed enterprises data and brought forward the corresponding strategy for date management.
