Human resource, is the core of enterprise resources, plays an important role in the process of enterprise competition and development. With the development of modern science and technology unceasing renewal, growing enterprises, many companies realize that the traditional personnel management to meet the needs of enterprises, human resources management enterprises needs to upgrade. Not only to improve the human resource strategy, have effective applications had to rely on advanced propulsion system of human resources management.In this paper, the ERP-HR system of YXT as the main object of study, the use of human resources management and information system management theory to the company’s human resources system design and construction practice. On the base of analyzing the current enterprise human resources system development present situation and tendency, the author analysed the problems in the YXT’s human resources management.The human resource management system of YXT,now is only used for personnel management. The form of system management is single. And HRS of YXT wan isolated from the company’s core management system for a long time. So the HRS of YXT has been not able to meet the development requirements of the company. Aiming at the problem of existing in YXT’s human resources management system, author constructed the human resources system architecture for YXT based on ERP, using the thought of the ERP system integration, sharing.According to the six modules of the modern human resource management theory, author designed the function module of YXT human resource management system,include:organization management module, recruitment management module, training and development, performance management, compensation module management module, the personnel and the contract management module.At the same time, in this paper, author has summed up the prerequisite for the successful implementation of ERP system of human resource management and specific measures. Improving human resource management, optimizing company HR management process, strengthening of staff training.adding corresponding management standard, to strengthen the promotion of construction, will guarantee the successful implementation and application of ERP human resources management system.In this paper, the author summarized the existing pharmaceutical retail enterprise human resources management system problems, through the study of YXT’s industry background and the human resources management system present situation analysis. And the author also offered the human resource management system architecture and function module design and implementation of the recommendations. It is produced by the combination of theory and practice, with theoretical basis and operation efficiency. The results of the study are of reference and guiding significance to the implementation of YXT’s ERP-HR.At the same time, it also has the reference significance for the future development of other domestic pharmaceutical retail enterprises. |
