Since 20th century, both managing theory and practice are focusing on "Managing changes". No matter in department or corporations, there are the needs of managing changes. However, few successful cases are being seen and what's worse, the change may even aggravate the crisis of the organization.Organizations ignore the management of the change or being misguided, which leads to the predicament of the managing change. In order to make it a success, the managing change needs both effective theory and practice system on the basis of accurately comprehending the core.Currently, Amway China is facing pressures from all respects, such as business growth, efficiency of the corporation, competition from the market and so on. These pressures bring along relevant HR management problem which are great challenges to Amway in the new situation.For this reasons, Amway China press ahead with HRMS project, but it did not realize the importance of managing change and ignore the influence that the project may bring in as well as some factors such as strategic, culture, staff, infrastructures and so on may affect managing change itself. As a result, the project triggered off lots of negative effects.This article is trying to bring up innovatively a compensative model framework of managing change on the basic of the summary of existing managing change bibliographic. This model has reconstructed the managing changes by HRMS from internal and external occasions, the factors of managing changes, to system design.In the following article, the background of Amway China's HRMS project will be illustrated including the existing problems as well as its core causes that for stating out the managing changes model and system design of Amway China HRMS project, and following, an overall review will be drafted base on the conclusion of HRMS project and related literatures. The third part will propose a comprehensive theory model and illustrate all factors in managing changes for reconstructing Amway HRMS managing change project and a final conclusion is being made at the end.
