Abstract: The development of information makes the application of information systems being more and more popular. Human resource as the core of the company, its information systems is much more popular. But many companies who have actualized it indicate that the application of systems is just resting on the matter-of-fact lays such as checking on work attendance and wage calculating. For the decision-making lays such as Performance management is lip-deep. Therefore, this paper takes the companies which have actualized HRMS as swatches, collect the data on the HRMS and performance management by the way of market research. Then utilize the SPSS Stat. analysis software and the LOGISTIC regression model, according to the Performance management theories to find the performance management level has improved or not after the actualization of the HRMS. And try to analyze the factors that affect the performance management level. At last, try to find how to implement performance management much more effectively by the HRMS based on all the research upwards.
