This paper takes the Development Strategy of Polish Company A as research objective (Company A). Company A is a new private corporation founded at the beginning of 2003 in Warsaw, Poland. As AIESEC International trainee, I had the awesome opportunity to work in this company for 7 months and made research on its development strategy. Through my research I found that it is very imperative for Company A to set up its development strategy as soon as possible since the director and the managers almost had no idea about what would happen with the company in the future.My contribution was to make thorough analysis on its external and internal environment through Five Competitive Force, CPM Matrix, SWOT Matrix, SPACE Matrix, as well as Using and Ambulant Matrix, then to develop its strategy in the following 5 years on the basis of its mission and strategic goal. At last this paper also gave suggestions on its strategy implement in term of strateic planning, strategy implement module, the match between Organization Structure and strategy,and Corporate culture development.
