With the developing of economy globalization and management internationalization, the desirability of learning from each other and using the experiences of other countries and corporations for reference is becoming stronger, especially in fields of human resource management.The competition among enterprises is talents' competition after all. It is the reality problem that each enterprise must face how to discern,choose,use,foster, retain staff, and these are the most important functions of human resources management exactly. Human resource management is a key to the existence and development of the organization. Transnational corporations, as the advanced management theory birthplace, have been provided with relative perfect human resource management system. The human resource management modes of the transnational corporations in China are certain references and enlightenment functions of domestic enterprises.
