In recent years, with the deepening of the process of globalization and rapid development of Chinese economy, having enhanced their operational scale and international competitive advantage, Chinese transnational corporations have been playing a more and more important role part in the international market. Facing with different political systems, legal norms and customs, it is particularly important to them to adapt the marketing and regulatory environment which is extremely different form China. It is not only a challenge, but also a huge opportunities for development. Obviously, the transnational corporations in China through the localization strategy to achieve reasonable and effective human resources management, it is the key to achieve enterprise internationalization.Based on many literatures, on the basis of systematic research and analysis, discusses the localization of Chinese transnational corporations human resource in detail. At the same time, combed with the localization of transnational corporations human resources present situation, the implementation of a series of problems of the necessity carefully. What’s more, the depth of the article also analyzes the related factors influencing the implementation of human resources localization, as well as localization of transnational corporations in China how to implement a preliminary exploration. At present, for the Chinese transnational corporations human resources localization, many domestic researchers still lack of systematic research, their research is more domestic investment of foreign transnational corporations in China, however, for the Chinese transnational corporations in the host country for the localization of human resources management research is relatively less, in this paper, after the Chinese localization of transnational corporations in foreign human resources management. It has a certain practical significance for the research of Chinese localization of transnational Corporations’oversea subsidiary human resources management.This paper, taking China Transnational Corporations’oversea subsidiary as examples.Combined with the localization of human resource management and related theory. This study, on the basis of the status quo of China’s human resources localization, makes use of Logistic regression analysis model and discovers that the proportion of Chinese parent’s investment in overseas subsidiaries, the host properties and the operating time of subsidiaries and have significant influences on the localization.
