Currently, the reform of state-owned enterprises is entering into a critical period of time. with the development of marketing economy, especially after joining the WTO, large and medium sized enterprises are speeding up in the strategic adjustiment, which includes specialization regroup, addressing and strengthing principal business, depriving and reforming supplementary operations etc. This thesis systemically analyses the internal and external environment of the author's company (Tian Jin Petrochemical Mechanism Manufacture and Installation Company), which has been undertaken the system reform. It pays great effort to build up a develop strategy suitable to the industrial characteristics and the implementation measures to realize the steady development in a long run.There are five part's in this thesis: first part, introduce the basic situation of Tian Jin petrochemical company and machinery and installation company; second part, explain the theory and means of tactic analysis; third part, using SWOT analysis theory, the competition theory of Porter, evaluation chain, and the method of related interest, to analyze the current situation of mechanism manufacture and installation company in detail, and give a suggestion of the company's developing way; fourth part, find out the adjustment target of mechanism manufacture and installation company by analyzing the balanced score card, and confirm the tactic goal; fifth part, make out the complete steps to carry out company's developing tactic.This paper studies the developing tactic of machinery and installation company , which might be helpful for the reform of state-owned enterprise, especially for the tactic layout of medium and small state-owned enterprise. |
