AD Extrusion Machinery Company Strategic Research On Export

Extrusion Food Machinery has been developing only for20years, but relying the increasingly powerful Chinese manufacturing, puffed machinery industry in China developed rapidly, and gradually brought scale production. The technical barriers to entry in the industry and manufacturing costs are low, therefore, as a new emerging industry, there is a greater potentiality for development in the future. Puffed food machinery enterprises in the country are in Shandong, Guangdong, Hebei, Shanghai and other places, most of them have independent export rights, the majority of business is export. Shandong Peninsula, which include the country’s most puffed food machinery company, by virtue of its special geographical and technological advantages, it has the formation of industrial clusters, to some extent.This paper takes Shandong AD Extrusion Machinery Co., Ltd. as the research object, through the writer’s visit and being a trainee, writer makes a deep understanding of the company, which point to an area in the form of domestic machinery industry throughout the expanded research. By analyzing the current situation and the problems about the company’s export, their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, to find the suitable strategy by using advanced SWOT analysis matrix. After selecting the appropriate exit strategy, this paper also proposed the implementation of measures for each export strategy to better support the implementation of corporate strategy.This paper takes the AD company as an example, to do research for a company’s export situation, which not only help the company, but also give a certain reference value to other puffed machinery manufacturers.
