| As a key part of power construction industry, the development of Installation(Repair, Test) Power Facilities Enterprises matter most. However, enterprises are faced a lot of problems such as complex external environment, narrowing development space and weak competitiveness, etc. This text holds the view that promoting enterprise competitiveness is one of solutions to solve them, and are chosen as the research object, and the analysis and promotion of the Installation(Repair, Test) Power Facilities Enterprises in Quanzhou are chosen as the research content. The purpose of this text is realizing the healthy development of electric power construction industry by improving enterprise competitiveness.The text is based on the literatures of enterprises’ competitiveness at home and abroad and the Installation(Repair, Test) Power Facilities Enterprises to determine its concept and competitive implications. At the same time it review enterprise competitive theory and the relevant enterprise competitiveness theory including macro environment analysis theory, SWOT analysis theory and competitiveness evaluation theory, which lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study. Then,analyzing enterprises’ basic situation, macro environment and industry environment to understand the overall status quo business. From defining the basis of the competitiveness of enterprises constitution, then use SWOT analyses and fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate its development status, which comes a conclusion----although competitive strengths in Quanzhou are continuously improved, strengths are generally didn’t gained fundamental change. Finally, combining the evaluation indicator of fuzzy evaluation method, I raise strategic recommendations of enterprise competitiveness. This text has certain reference value and guidance to deal with those problems with using the strengths of Quanzhou’ Installation(Repair, Test) Power Facilities Enterprises. |
