White-hot competition in the market, China machinery to foreign trade enterprises based on the international, keep development, must speed up thinking innovation, technological innovation, talent innovation, cultural innovation, service innovation, comprehensively improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise itself, to realize the scientific development of the enterprise.In this article, through investigation and analysis research of Henan XX Machinery Co.LTD, in accordance with the "problem- problem analysis and problem solving" to discuss the train of thought. First put forward in the introduction the need to make strategic choice, and then analyses the internal and external environment of the company, together with the present situation of the development of the enterprise, and industry model, objective summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the company, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges it faces, and puts forward the sustainable development of the company on the basis of the strategic target. In order to ensure effective implementation of corporate strategy, develop the appropriate implementation strategies.
