Aiming at it, it has been the consensus of all the enterprise that only the difference of service cannot be duplicated and the recognition of the terminal consumer can be acquired by the high quality of the service system to deal with the a variety of requirement of customs. Customer service has become the critical factor of the victory in market competition. In the operation of enterprises, the products need an integrated market to be bought by the customer. Even though all the sale process is completed, the after-sale service and the reuse of the buyer put the management of customer service into an significant position. It makes a modern enterprise have to attach importance to the key account customer service how to utilize the customer resource and how to profit. This kind of pattern has been used universally in the industry of hi-value medical consumptive stuff.Medical industry carries its own trait which is concerned with life and stability of society.
