Customer is the most important wealth of a park, which the park depends on. For parks, their profit lies on not only the customer's quantity and scale, but also the customer retention and loyalism. So the research of customer retention is very meaningful for an enterprise to enhance the competition ability and to realize sustainable development.This article illustrates ZIZHU PARK which is located at Minhang district, Shanghai as the example. Firstly this article raises out the background of the topic, and introduces customer relationship management theory. Secondly, take ZIZHU PARK as the target through analyzing the existing business status and basic background. Then based on the basic analysis of customers, customers satisfaction and customer loyalty of ZIZHU PARK, the article is to find the real wants of the valuable customer, and to build up the customer classification matrix. At last, the article suggests the customer relationship management strategy of ZIZHU PARK, through optimizing service management to accumulate everlasting ability of profit-earning of the company.
