With the development of the economy, living standards continue to improve people’s emphasis on healthy and people continuing to strengthen, accompanied by China’s aging population. New medical reform jointly gave birth to China’s medical and health industry. Medical device market is constantly expanding, especially higher-precision medical equipment. Stable relationship quality relates the doctor’s diagnosis to people’s life and health. Therefore, service is also slowly being hospital attention, and after-sales service are increasingly as a multinational medical device companies operating focus.S Medical is one of the largest suppliers of medical solutions, a leading service provider and manufacturer of medical imaging, hearing instruments, magnetic resonance imaging, and other fields. GE, Philips, Roche dominated China’s medical device market. With the increasing competition in the market, customer requirements increase in terms of after-sales service system with enormous challenges.In this paper, the medical device industry as background, S medical company as the object of study is analyzed with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty theory, relationship marketing, based on the simple introduction of the S Medical sale Development Status service, combing the S content and process of medical service companies, through questionnaires to find other ways to analyze the existing problems of its after-sales service system and shortcomings, the depth of mining existing customers on favorable demand. Analysis of its market competitors, designed to meet the actual quality service program with increasing customer satisfaction and win customers.In this paper, after-sales service program ie analyzed with more specific and detailed with the combination of the Internet. The study is not only for S performance improvement company, but increasingly important in the current goods and services, lower service quality good business background greater chance of survival for the company within the industry with a demonstration and benchmarking role for the entire industry development and promotion of great significance and value.
