Health management industry as a new service industry to expand domestic demand,the rise and development in western countries has experienced nearly half a century.In China,the health management industry has just started,belonging to the sunrise industry.With the increase of the deterioration of environmental conditions and the pressure of social competition,the majority of white-collar health in the long-term trend of younger age increase of sub healthy state,three high population,not only endanger the health and social elite,but also brings heavy burden to the society and the national health insurance,so the study and promotion of health management industry in China development is an important economic and social benefits.Too much attachment to the traditional medical system is a prominent problem in the development of the domestic health management institutions,which makes the service consciousness and level of most institutions difficult to meet the needs of consumers.The measure of the competitiveness of a health management company,in addition to a variety of hardware equipment and personnel quality,service is the key to success in the market competition.Customer Relationship Management(CRM)has been a hot topic in the field of theory and practice both at home and abroad.CRM system emphasizes the development of marketing,sales and service processes from the perspective of customer demand preferences,which embodies the concept of "customer is God".Therefore,the domestic health management institutions can greatly improve the competitiveness by building a perfect CRM system.For the great effect of customer value based on customer relationship management,in this thesis,this paper focuses on the YH medical company as a case,through the questionnaire according to the actual situation of YH medical enterprise in-depth analysis,summed up the status quo and problems of customer relationship management YH medical company,on this basis,combined with the related theory of customer the value and customer relationship management,puts forward the improvement strategy of YH company customer relationship management,including customer relationship management system,customer relationship management,customer strategy construction and cultural construction,in order to provide reference for customer relationship management of YH medical enterprise,but also provide sufficient guidance for the development of other medical enterprises.
