The 30 years of reform and opening up to a mature market economy development, China Telecom has a monopoly gradually from the open, in order to break the industrial monopoly state telecom companies for a number of reforms, with China's accession to the WTO and the gradual deepening of the telecom industry restructuring.3G licenses issued after the reorganization and reform of the three telecom operators to form a tripod pattern, full-service era operators to bring huge opportunities and challenges. Consumption of Key account telecommunications customers as important source of in-come, its marketing strategy has played a pivotal role in the telecommunications com-pany's marketing strategy.
