This thesis introduces overview of market situation in the scope of business, mode of business of A company and its mother group and relevant sourcing theories and knowledge; analyze the status of Automation & Drive industry, and the advantage and disadvantage of competitor and A company with SWOT method.Meanwhile, it fetch out a question for A company : how to develop under current condition and deal with competition of market.
