| In the 21 st century,as the rapid development of science and technology,the rivalry that has emerged in those companies.The supply is almost catching the market’s demand,and we face no cost differentials,no protection policy differentials,the competitive edge of core technology is dying,too.In this condition,we should pay attrition to the people who has the management skills,talented manager.The paper uses the method of case analysis,analysis of the industry environment,both in macro-external and internal control environment.Analysis of the corner on the project,especially on the management: first of all,because of the improper measures on management,the structure of project is not good;second,something new has come along,and we are not ready for it;third point,our general manager and our client are both changed,we have to take extra time to do the communication.Therefore,we propose several solutions to fix all of the problems.We will make systematically training plan,to improve ability of personnel,and make the structure good;we will work hard to improve our executive ability and earn greater client trust,make the measures practicable;and we will establish the long-term plan to do the project construction,do reserve for the choice of delivermanagers and lay the foundation for long-term development of the company.As far as I’m concerned,the management of project begin to use in various industries.The time of knowledge economy is coming,and the management of project will be the most important solution to improve the core-competitiveness,especially in the high-tech industry.We should refrain from the fade zone about management,make the managers more important instead of force on technology itself.The project is an organization,and an organization needs to work together.It needs the manager to make every staff member carries their duties accordingly,and then,we will achieve our goals perfectly. |
