| Large aircraft and major projects is the Party Central Committee and the State Council to construct an innovative country, improve our capability of independent innovation and enhance the core competitiveness of the country one of the most significant strategic decisions and China’s first self-developed design working on projects in the field of civil aviation. Now in the field of international civil aviation and the main is dominated by Boeing and Airbus two western companies. The two airlines occupied 90% of the global market for aircraft. If there is a need for China’s large aircraft into the civilian market with Boeing and Airbus to compete, in the quality is stable and reliable and consistent premise, it need to lower sales prices to win orders, which requires large aircraft project supply chain management not only in the stage of development can be more efficient, and more demands in the production stages can be more economic.This paper first analyzes the current situation of supply chain management of S company in China, and summarizes four aspects, namely:(1) the supply chain management model which is limited to industry characteristics;(2) lack of supplier management;(3) lack of inventory management plan;(4) lack of risk management plan.Aiming at the above problems, this paper makes the analysis, discussion and improvement of the above questions from the supplier selection, supplier evaluation, supplier relationship management, procurement mode selection, inventory model, risk identification and risk prevention. After combining with the method of improvement, a kind of application has been raised in supply chain management model of commercial aircraft programs both for the development period and production period, and through the C919 cockpit control display module development projects in the supply chain management to practice the new supply chain management model.The proposed new model of supply chain management will be effective in the actual operation level and the original management system,and it will be valuable to the supplier chain management of the domestic civil aircraft. |
