With the fast economic growth, enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition from their counterparts. Quality rather than price becomes competitive edge of a product. Will high quality definitely increase production cost? Or is it possible for us to achieve win-win results during the course? The Six Sigma Management serves as an effective solution for these problems.The author illustrates the theory of the Six Sigma Management, and the achievements obtained by the world-famous companies like Motorola, Honeywell and GE through implementation of the management system. By analyzing systematically the external market environment and internal management of CS Corporation of Guangxi, the authors found out the two obstacles facing this company: one is that the quality of its telecommunication network does not meet market demands, and the other is that the company confronts high production costs. Therefore, this company should introduce a management method that will improve telecommunication efficiency and reduce production costs at the same time. The author hereby introduces the Six Sigma Management as the development strategy for the CS Corporation in the coming 5 years, meanwhile, specifies strategic objectives at different phases. The author tells in detail the implementation procedures of the Sigma Management as well as the problems that the company would meet during the course.With the Six Sigma Management, the CS Corporation will be able to better improve its telecommunication network, incrementally decrease production costs, upgrade information system of the company, sharpen its cutting edges and lay a solid foundation for sound, sustainable and stable development of the company.
