Financial Management In Building Projects Of Telecommunication Enterprise

Nowadays project management is increasingly being widely implemented in business. Because of furious competition in the market, improving project management has become one of the basic determinants of the survival of a business, changing from simple to elaborated, especially in project management of telecommunications. Many telecommunications corporate are facing a lot of challenges, such as how to optimize project management according to financial management and how to implement financial management aiming at the characteristics of telecommunications building projects. This dissertation analyzes the importance of financial management in telecommunications building projects in various aspects, including financial assessment during the prophase of project, cost and risk control during the implementation phrase, assets management and establishing final accounts during the completion phrase and revaluation of projects after putting into production. It shows realistic significance to improve financial management in telecommunications building projects.
