Feasibility studies and project evaluation is of decisive significance in determining the construction project is a comprehensive technical and economic analysis of the proposed project before making investment decisions, scientific proof that the proposed projects related to natural, social, economic and technology, research, analysis, compare and predict the completion of economic and social benefits. On this basis, the need for comprehensive demonstration projects, technically advanced and adaptability, the possibility and feasibility of the construction conditions, the profitability of the financial and economic rationality, for the investment decisions scientific basis.In this paper, the characteristics of Beijing Telecom investment in the largest metro WDM transmission construction projects, applying theories and methods of the modern project feasibility studies and project evaluation, combined with Beijing Telecom Communication Engineering, construction characteristics and management of documents, combined with project specific process, the production conditions of the project, scale control, special requirements, personnel management, investment estimation and other aspects of the research. And strive to explore a feasibility study for communications enuineerinu construction methodology.
