As the communication industry of china has dramatically developed, there will be a fierce competition in the mobile communication market. The situation in mobile communication market is that it goes saturated in developed districts, such as modern cities, and it needs more investment in some new markets, such as universities and collages. Hence, the universities and collages are becoming the major areas of the competition.This paper uses the theory of sales, service way in telecommunication sales and the theory of brand sales as the bases. In this dissertation a synthetical analyze is given to LT company for the school marketing sales, using the method of SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, competitor analysis and the analysis on social survey. Firstly, it analyses the macroscopic environment of China mobile communication market, the university market in Xi'an and competitive situation of LT company, meanwhile, a detailed discussion is held which focus on the product, marketing channel, price and the promotion strategy of Xi'an YIDONG company. According to the data, which came from the survey question in part of Xi'an school market, we give the strategy of university sales pointing to some weak segments in today's sales problems.
